My God! Now I want all my French fries to be shaped like this!

Now seriously... Congrats on the achievement and keep making all these wonderful videos! You know, you posted something on Twitter that stuck with me, but I'll go ahead and add to that and say: if the Internet was only made of FoodWishes videos, it would still be the greatest invention ever.

This Thanksgiving the turkey will be done your way, the cranberry sauce is your creation as is the green bean gratin.

You make me better at something I love to do...

So, thank you Chef, and here's to wherever you are headed...

Happy Thanksgiving from a Brit totally and firmly planted on American soil ;)

Chef John, you're the man. I've been using your site for the past year and every recipe has been a homerun (especially the cheesecake, I practically grew an extra a** eating that by myself).

Have a Happy Thanksgiving and congratulations on your continued success!

Happy 500th, Chef John! It's nice to see your face in this video as well--you have a fantastic smile.

I am dead impressed with the potato box/ball trick. I am having trouble just turning zucchini!

Keep up the great work. Here's to the next 500 and beyond...

aha... I really appreciate this one John! This is pleasant twist on the Machinists Puzzle (google it and you'll see what I mean.) I'm tempted to send the one I made 10 years ago but I only have one.

Love your videos!

Dear Chef John,

Thank you for all your wonderful recipes. In fact, I've only checked out ONE of your videos and have made the dish over 10 times and will keep going. That is your mayonnaise with stick blender recipe! Because of that my recycle bins are always full of empty tuna cans ;p

Please ignore ridiculous people on YouTube. This recipe works like a charm and is amazingly delicious!

So fascinating I just had to try it... but instead of a potatoe I used a banana and instead of a knife I used a grapefruit spoon, and instead of a ball in a box I made a hexagaon inside of a pyramid. Har har har... there's just no substitute for the real deal and that's YOU Chef John.

Congratulations Chef John!
You're an inspiration to all of us :)

Congratulations Chef John! As always, another entertaining video.

I may not exactly be using recipes from the site, but I certainly will be using many techniques and flavor combinations I learned watching your videos. I've grown from a recipe cook to a real cook, thanks to you! Keep 'em coming! And thank YOU!
